Self Mediation

Our self mediation training will not only equip your team with the skills to identify the various types and stages of conflict, but it will also increase their knowledge of how to:

• Self-Mediate conflicts that arise between themselves and another team member

Managerial Mediation
The typical  manager spends 25-40% of his or her time dealing with workplace conflicts. That's one to two days of every work week.
Our managerial mediation is designed as a core leadership competency to increase the skill, knowledge and ability for mangers to:

• Resolve relational disputes between employees before conflict arises
• Mediate business problems in an effort to increase employee productivity
• Increase communication channels between individuals for dual benefit of the team and the organization
• Create social and behavioral balance to normalize future conflict

Performance Mediation
It is estimated that 65% of performance problems are due to bad relationships, not because of bad employees. As a result of that, most causes of suboptimal performance are relational, not individual, at their core.
Our performance mediation gets to the core of what  challenges, sets back, drives and motivates your employees. We have developed this course to help you:

• Manage individual underperformance to increase productivity
• Create individual expectations and performance guidelines to increase results
• Confront suboptimal results with increased stages of accountability
• Develop strategies for creating vision, recognition and promotion  in order to increase motivation
